Van de Velde = Choke Artist in French

C'mon, Jean! Don't you have better things to worry about? Maybe if you'd work on shedding the reputation of being one of the biggest chokers of all time in golf, you wouldn't worry so much about women qualifying or receiving sponsors exemptions for Men's tournaments. You could always work on winning a major in the mens tour, but if you feel that you must embarass yourself in the Women's British Open, go for it! Loser.

Tiger who?

Kim pilots jet fighters, pens operas, produces movies and accomplished a feat unmatched in the annals of professional golf by shooting 11 holes-in-one on the first round he ever played.
Why did we waste time in Iraq with Saddam? We could have just gotten this guy and used him on our next Ryder Cup team. Sorry, Tiger you've got some serious competition. In any case, I think they took the pic above when he read the story about himself getting 11 holes in one on his first round ever. Thanks for the story, Len!

Torrey Pines South, finally a decent round!
Well, I finally broke 100 with a decent round this weekend at Torrey Pines South! It played long as usual, but I was able to avoid big numbers this time. Luckily, my drive was working fairly well. I can't wait to play it again.

Elkhart Open Round One
Well, yours truly choked in the first round with an opening round of 61 at the old course at St. Andrews. I made the mistake of looking at the scoreboard and seeing that someone freaking shot a 54! Yeah, what a realistic score! Mmm hmm. But enough of my bitterness. I need to do much better in the second round if I wanna make the cut and stay competitive. But what'd I tell you, Forest? I shot a 61, just like I said I would.

Sunday Golf
Today was a perfect day for some golf. Too bad I could only play 9 holes at Balboa Park. Oh well, it was a nice day regardless. What was our final scores, Lion?

Range time and such...

Wahoo! I was finally able to get the gallery up late last night. It still had an error message when I ran the setup, so it may have some problems. I'll set up some pics on it real soon and we'll see. Now it's time for me to hit the range, I've got a 9:52 AM tee time tomorrow at Cottonwood and I need to make sure I give Nick a run for his money
